Information For Those That Rent...

Some things to note if you rent your home or are renting from a homeowner here in Seven Oaks:

*  Management is to be provided a copy of your lease agreement.

*  To gain access to amenities, homeowners need to fill out a Letter of Permission and provide it to the Charter Oaks Fitness Center.  Then the tenant can fill out a Facilities Pass Application to obtain their photo ID cards.  (These forms are available to homeowners in the "Documents" section.)

*  Once a Seven Oaks Facilities Pass has been obtained, renters have access to the fitness centers, swimming pools during the summer months, and social committee events.  Renters are NOT allowed to rent the community centers/club houses.

*  It is wise for a homeowner to provide their tenant with a copy of the Seven Oaks Homeowners Manual.  These too can be downloaded from the "Documents" section.

*  In all cases, the homeowner is ultimately responsible for their Seven Oaks property.  Homeowners should decide if they want their mail going to the Seven Oaks address, or if they prefer going directly to them at whatever their physical location may be.  You will want to stay in the know of what is happening with your property.

*  Homeowners need to make sure they stay current with their HOA payments and/or covenants matters and not fall behind.  Amenity rights can be revoked if there is an outstanding balance or covenants violation, which could potentially cause default on a lease agreement you have with your renter/rental company.
