Our Community
Located on more than 725 acres of land, Seven Oaks Community Association is a Planned Unit development that was completed in 2002. There is a naturalized area, which includes a beaver pond and many open areas where children can play. Seven Oaks Community Association has approximately 2,200 residential units consisting of single family homes, town homes, duplexes, and condominiums. Also on the property, is an elementary school, 3 apartment complexes, and 1.5 million square feet of retail, commercial and office space with businesses, eateries, and a grocery store. We literally have something for everyone here in Seven Oaks!

We believe that there’s a place for everyone to get involved in our community, whether you’re interested in leading as a board member, helping out on a committee or just getting to know your neighbors.
