Getting A Seven Oaks Facilities Pass

As mentioned, a valid Seven Oaks Facilities Pass is necessary when accessing the Fitness Centers, the Swimming Pools, and gains your access to Seven Oaks Social Events.

For residents needing new passes, you must visit the Charter Oaks Fitness Center, and with proof of ID and residency within Seven Oaks, complete the "Facilities Pass Application" form, and get your photo taken for a pass to be created. If you are renting from a Seven Oaks Homeowner, they must fill out and provide you with a "Letter of Permission", allowing you to use amenities in their place.

All residents of a home must be listed on the application form and residents over the age of 10 must have a pass with photo issued to them.

Monday-6am to 11am & 3pm to 8pm

Tuesday- 6am to 11am & 3pm to 8pm

Wednesday- 6am to 11am

Thursday- 6am to 11am & 3pm to 8pm

Friday- 6am to 11am & 3pm to 8pm
