COVENANTS/CODE ENFORCEMENT

Wonder why our homes in Seven Oaks are kept in tip-top shape?  It's all due to our Covenants Committee keeping all exterior home matters in compliance with the Seven Oaks Homeowners Manual.  This very active committee is comprised of some of the most dedicated residents, maintaining our Seven Oaks property values!

SOCIAL 

Enjoy a wine tasting from time to time?  An Easter Egg Hunt and Photos with Santa for the kids?  Love breaking out your sombrero for a little Cinco de Mayo fun?  How about a summer time pic-nic and a beautiful Holiday feast?  Our Seven Oaks Social Committee brings our residents the most top notch social functions to our residents!  See their flyers and announcements of events in the Seven Oaks Newsletter!  

COMMUNITY CLEAN-UP

Twice a year residents and their families are encouraged to come mingle over a continental breakfast at the Charter Oaks Community Center and then head out into the community parcels to clean up any trash or debris.  Keep an eye out for upcoming dates in the Seven Oaks Newsletter!
